Building Painting
The exteriors of all Coronado buildings will be painted this Fall, with work commencing on September 7. Please note that lanais and front doors will be painted ONLY if the unit owner completes and returns the attached form. Click here for a copy of the letter and form.

September 7, 2010 |
Begin stucco work on pool building and 2nd floor of residential buildings (pillars and ornamentals)

October 4, 2010 |
Begin cleaning of roofs (power washing) Begin painting on residential buildings and pool building Front doors will be painted at the same time as the lanais, for those units where lanai forms have been received. Suitor, Middleton & Cox will coordinate schedule with unit owners.

November 1, 2010 |
Last date to submit to Suitor, Middleton & Cox completed and signed request form for lanai painting. Mail boxes – mail boxes will be replaced and mail box posts will be painted this Fall. This work will be done by condo association maintenance staff.
