NEWS Board of Directors Meetings We have scheduled two Board meetings, and the agenda for each is attached. In addition to other items, the first meeting will be for the Board to agree on a proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning April 1st. Once agreed, the proposed budget will be mailed on February 10 to each Unit Owners’ address on file. The subsequent meeting is held to hear any Unit Owners’ comments and give final approval to the budget. Coupon books will be sent in early March, and the quarterly payment will be due on or before April 1st, regardless as to whether or not you receive the coupon book. Along with the budget information, you will receive information concerning the Annual Meeting on March 12 and the proxy for the meeting. PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND IN YOUR PROXY, even if you plan on attending. If we do not receive enough proxies and attendees, we will have to spend additional funds to try for another meeting quorum.
